Mike
Mike stared working on houses as a side gig in high school, and even with other jobs has enjoyed “getting his hands dirty”, and working on houses. In 2005 he was in a car accident that doctors told him would leave him unable to work. Although physically limited, he has spent the past several years using his knowledge and skills in helping Zach doing everything from maintenance to rehabs mostly for investors and landlords. This evolved to home inspections for buyers and with a strong understanding of the needs of income properties he built a good relationship with investors.
Mike is a Certified Master Inspector, and has many other certifications in related areas such as Infrared Thermography, Drone Inspections, and even Locksmithing. Mike is also very involved in the community.

Zach
Zach has been working by Mike’s side since he was 8 years old. By the time he was 10, he was changing faucets and toilets by himself. By 13 he was running crews laying laminate flooring, installing french drains, and other general maintenance. He replaced all the stolen plumbing from a house when he was 15. He truly grew up working on homes, and learned to inspect from the ground up…. the way someone should learn to inspect a home.
In addition to working with Mike on home inspections, he is approved for the City of Independence and Buckner Rental Ready inspections, and is working on going through the sections his inspection certification testing as well as his Drone Certification.
